About Marhaba Bistro in Bristol

Marhaba Bistro was established in 2007.

Marhaba specialise in Moroccan cuisine with influences from the Mediterranean, all of the ingredients used come straight from Morocco, the spices, dry herbs, preserved lemons and olives. The head chef and co owner, Hassan is from Tangier, North Morocco and has been cooking since a child. He lived and worked in Spain before coming to England in 1984 and worked in many respectable restaurants in and around the Bristol area.

He has owned restaurants before setting up Marhaba Bistro with his family who are local to the Fishponds area.

There is always a warm welcome to greet you at Marhaba Bistro.

The restaurant has been awarded 5 stars in health and hygiene visit and is featured in the Gourmet Society.
